On February 12, Delta Rehab, Washington’s only nursing facility caring for residents with post-traumatic brain injuries announced they will be closing, displacing over 100 people with brain injuries.

A bad fall led Elizabeth Martin to Manor Care Health Services-Lacey. While she does not remember what took place that led to it, but does remember driving home afterwards and then not being able to get out of bed. She was fortunate to have a concerned friend come to check in on her when telephone calls went unanswered. After receiving care at the hospital, she was transferred over for continuing care.
